Cortney White Joins Boon-Chapman as Director, Claims

Cortney is a dynamic and results-driven healthcare operations leader with over 15 years of experience in claims administration, provider relations, and quality assurance. She brings a strong background in managing national remote teams, as well as developing training programs, and implementing impactful process improvements that elevate both efficiency and service, while meeting compliance with regulatory and client standards. Before joining Boon-Chapman, Cortney held key leadership roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield and American Health Plans, where she specialized in claims processing, quality audits, and project management.
